About the role
We are looking for an SRA-qualified solicitor to join our UK immigration team. You will advise individuals, families and employers on the right route for their situation and take ownership of matters from first consultation to decision.
You will work closely with our caseworkers and paralegals, review applications before submission and help shape how we deliver clear, honest advice to clients.
What you will do
Advise clients on UK family, settlement, nationality and sponsorship routes
Manage a caseload of applications, appeals and reconsiderations
Draft legal representations and review evidence bundles
Supervise and mentor caseworkers and paralegals
Keep up to date with changes to the Immigration Rules
What we are looking for
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in UK immigration
Strong knowledge of Appendix FM, settlement and sponsor licence rules
Clear written English and confident client communication
Right to work in the UK
