Standart Tourist Visa

Requirements:
Leaving the United Kingdom after the end of your visit, which cannot exceed 6 months.
To demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to support yourself and your dependents during your trip.
Have your return ticket ready to present to the immigration officer upon entry into the country;
That you will not reside in the United Kingdom for extended periods during frequent or successive visits, or make the United Kingdom your main residence.
UK Visitor Visa to Study English (Up to 6 Months)

Requirements:
Prove that you have a guaranteed place at an educational institution accredited by Home Office (this includes English courses).
To demonstrate that you have sufficient resources to support yourself during the course period.
Have your return ticket ready to present to the immigration officer upon entry into the country;
To demonstrate that you do not intend to remain in the United Kingdom after completing your course, you can show, for example, that you have a guaranteed job in Brazil, or that you will return to study in Brazil when your course in the UK ends.
Short-Term Student Visa

If the course is between 6 and 11 months long:
To prove that you have a guaranteed place at an educational institution recognized as a Sponsor.
To demonstrate that you have sufficient resources to support yourself during the course period.
Have your return ticket ready to present to the immigration officer upon entry into the country;
To demonstrate that you do not intend to remain in the United Kingdom after completing your course.
It would also be important to demonstrate how important it is for you to improve your English so that you can get a better job when you return to Brazil, for example; or how having better English could help you enroll in a course in another country or even in Brazil.
Student Visa (Undergraduate or Postgraduate)

Requirements:
To prove that you have a guaranteed place at an educational institution recognized as a Sponsor.
To demonstrate that you have sufficient resources to support yourself during the course period.
Have your return ticket ready to present to the immigration officer upon entry into the country;
To demonstrate that you do not intend to remain in the United Kingdom after completing your course.
To prove that you speak, read, write and understand English, you will need to pass an English test in Brazil before the educational institution will accept your enrollment in a course in the United Kingdom.
Graduate Visa

Requirements:
Being in the United Kingdom with a valid Student Visa
To prove that you successfully completed the course you were studying with your Student Visa.
After completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, the university/college must contact the Home Office (Immigration) to inform them that the student has successfully completed the course. Only with this confirmation will it be possible to apply for the Graduate Visa.
Skilled Worker Visa

Having a recognized profession
Demonstrate experience in the role for which you are applying.
Check if the job you are applying for will pay the general minimum wage required or the minimum wage for the specific role (whichever is higher will be considered).
Check if the working conditions comply with UK labor laws.
To prove that you speak, read, write, and understand English at a B1 level.
Have a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) issued by a licensed employer.
For the main applicant, proof of having the equivalent of at least £1,270 in a bank account to support themselves upon arrival in the United Kingdom is required.
Charity Worker Visa

Requirements:
Having a Sponsorship Certificate issued by a licensed institution.
Must be at least 18 years old.
There is no maximum age limit.
Prove that you have the equivalent of £1,270 in your bank account to support yourself upon arrival in the United Kingdom.
Global Talent Visa

Requirements:
To prove that the applicant has received awards in their professional field OR;
To provide proof of endorsement from a recognized institution confirming that the applicant is a leader or potential leader in their professional field.
It is important to note that the fields of activity in which it is possible to apply for this visa are: Research or Academic Area, Arts and Culture, and Digital Technology.
Fiancée Visa

Requirements:
To prove that the sponsor of the application is your fiancé(e);
Prove that you will get married or enter into a Civil Partnership in the United Kingdom within 6 months of the applicant's arrival;
To prove that you speak, read, write and understand English at A1 level.
To prove that the application sponsor can support the applicant without using public funds. A minimum annual income will be required.
Spouse or Unmarried Partner Visa

Requirements:
To prove that the Sponsor of the application is your spouse and that the marriage or civil partnership is recognized in the United Kingdom;
If they are not married, they must prove that they have been in a genuine relationship for at least 2 years, even if they are not living together;
To prove that you speak, read, write and understand English at A1 level.
To prove that the application sponsor can support the applicant without using public funds. A minimum annual income will be required.
Indefinite Leave to Remain

Requirements:
Proof of 5 years of residence in the United Kingdom under the same visa category. *Global Talent Visa may authorize ILR application after 3 years; OR
To prove 10 years of continuous residence in the United Kingdom;
To prove that you speak, read, write and understand English at a B1 level.
It is important to note that there are several routes to applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain, depending on the visa category the applicant holds.
British naturalization

Requirements:
To prove 5 years of residence in the United Kingdom;
Prove 1 year of Indefinite Leave to Remain or Settled Status;
To prove that you speak, read, write and understand English at a B1 level;
Provide proof of passing the Life in the UK test;
You must prove that you have not spent more than 450 days outside the United Kingdom during the 5 years prior to application; note that there are exceptions.
You must provide proof that you have not spent more than 90 days outside the United Kingdom in the 12 months prior to applying; note that there are exceptions.
To prove that there have been no violations of immigration laws in the last 10 years of residence in the country.
